What do I get with a training plan?
What should I expect following a Breakaway plan?
Great question. You should expect to see your performance increase while still having energy to get through life. The workouts/plans are design to be simple but effective following the latest scientific evidences to ensure you get the best experience. Overall, are athletes notice progress in 87% of the weeks they train and feel fresh 77% of the time they train, plus with an injury rate of less and 5%.
Can you make adjustments to the plan?
Yes, you can make adjustment to the plan so it work for your schedule. Although you will need premium training peaks to move the workouts around. Unfortunately, we can’t adjust the plan for you as this is reserved for the personalised plan and 1-2-1 coaching service.
Is the training plan based on power/pace or heart rate?
The training plans are design to be based on power/pace, heart rate or feel (RPE). However, by default the plan is based on power, but there is guidance for how to change this. You can always contact us if you need help with this.
How much can I contact a coach?
With Breakaway plans you have unlimited email support, which means if you want to email us everyday you can. We aim to respond with 24 hours, so if you need any help or support, please let us know.
What if I feel like I bought the wrong plan?
No problem at all, once you get the plan you have 14 days you swap for another for free (assuming the new plan is of equal value). If you are unsure drop us an email and we can help guide you.
